Working Principle

LED Film Display

LED Film screen uses specific bare chips to fix LED lights on highly transparent PCB boards. Through a unique glue covering process, the display module is integrated into a highly transparent optical lens-type substrate that can emit light and display. It can be slightly bent and has certain limitations in flexibility.

LED Crystal  Film Screen

LED crystal LED Film screen, it adopts LED lamp bead bare crystal planting technology, the light board uses transparent crystal LED Film LED Film, the surface is etched with transparent mesh circuits, and the surface is vacuum sealed after the components are attached, thus presenting a flexible and transparent display effect

LED Holographic Transparent Screen

Holographic screen, also known as holographic transparent cold screen, LED holographic transparent screen, invisible screen, is a new display technology that combines LED technology and optical principles, uses LED lamp array, and uses sophisticated algorithms and control technology to achieve a three-dimensional display effect. The screen is in a grid shape and uses specially designed transparent LED display elements to allow light to penetrate the display without causing obvious obstruction to the background.

The Difference Between Them

Display Effect

1. The display effect of the LED Film screen mainly depends on its resolution and brightness. High-resolution and high-brightness LED Film screens can present clearer and brighter image effects.
2. The crystal LED Film screen can better control the line width by applying laser etching circuits to ensure the same impedance and the same brightness of each LED chip, so as to achieve the effect of uniform brightness of the display content.
3. Holographic screens can present three-dimensional and realistic image effects. When playing 3D videos or holographic videos, they form a strong three-dimensional effect, and the display images are more vivid and impactful.

Transparency

1. Although the LED Film screen has a high transparency, it is slightly lower than the crystal LED Film screen and holographic screen, and the transparency is usually between 70%-95%.
2. The crystal LED Film screen has a high transparency, as transparent as crystal, with a transparency of up to 95%. When mounted on a glass complex, it can almost achieve the effect of invisible screen.
3. The transparency of the holographic screen is ≥80% when viewed from the front and back, and the light transmittance is greater than ≥90%. When displaying three-dimensional images, the holographic screen can keep the background clear and transparent, enhancing the audience’s immersive experience.

Pixel Pitches

1. for LED Film screen, the common pixel pitch is: P6.5, P10, P16, and P20.
2. for LED crystal LED Film screens, the available pixel pitch is P6.5, P4-8, P8, P10, P16, and P20.
3. for led transparent holographic screens, the available pixel pitch is P3.91, and P6.25.

Flexibility

1. The LED Film screen has a certain flexibility and can be bent to a certain extent, but the degree of bending is relatively limited.
2. The crystal LED Film screen uses a flexible substrate, and the screen body is lighter and thinner than other transparent screens. The crystal LED Film screen can be rolled up and bent like a coil, which is convenient for transportation and carrying.
3. The holographic screen also has a certain flexibility and can achieve seamless curved surface mounting, but the degree of bending is limited and cannot be curled like the crystal LED Film screen.

Weight

1. The weight of the LED Film screen is about 2~4kg/㎡.
2. The weight of the crystal LED Film screen and the holographic screen is relatively light compared to the crystal LED Film screen, usually less than 2kg/㎡.
